These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Macrios iOS application and related services. By downloading or using Macrios, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You are responsible for using Macrios in compliance with applicable laws and Apple platform rules. You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access to app components.

2. App Function and Estimates

Macrios provides nutrition tracking tools, OCR-assisted logging, and estimated macro/calorie insights. Values shown in the app are informational estimates and may vary based on user inputs, source data, and HealthKit availability.

3. Not Medical Advice

Macrios is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional dietary advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical or nutrition decisions.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

Macrios Pro may be offered as monthly, yearly, and lifetime options through Apple's StoreKit infrastructure. Billing, renewals, and refunds are managed by Apple under your App Store account terms.

• Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings.
• Pricing may vary by region and currency based on App Store configuration.

5. Free and Paid Feature Access

Macrios may change, add, or remove features in the free or Pro tiers. We may update feature limits, including scan limits, import limits, and chart history windows, with reasonable product updates.

6. Intellectual Property

Macrios, its branding, interface, and app content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works beyond what law permits.

7. Availability and Changes

We may modify or discontinue parts of Macrios at any time. Temporary interruptions may occur due to updates, iOS compatibility changes, or App Store requirements.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Macrios is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Macrios and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, resulting from your use of the app.

10. Termination

You may stop using Macrios at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend access where required to protect legal compliance, platform integrity, or user safety.

11. Governing Terms Updates

These terms may be updated periodically. The revised effective date will indicate the latest version. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
